2024/2025/2026 Public Housing Authority Annual Plan and 2025-2029 Five-Year Plan
The availability of information is readily available to the public at HASMC’s office located at 21155 Lexwood Drive, Suite C, Lexington Park, MD 20653 or by calling (301) 880-7074 ext. 1400. Please contact HASMC staff to request a copy of the PHA Plan(s).
Purpose: The Annual Plan and Five-Year Plans provide a ready source for interested parties to locate basic PHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHA’s operations, programs, and services, and informs HUD, families served by the PHA, and members of the public of the PHA’s mission, goals and objectives for serving the needs of low- income, very low- income, and extremely low- income families.
A public discussion will be held at The Housing Authority of St. Mary’s County, Maryland on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 10:00 am.
